Essential requirements:
- Western educated, trained and experienced Heart Failure/Transplant Cardiologist;
- Board Certified in Internal Medicine with sub-specialist Board Certification in Cardiovascular Disease Cardiovascular Disease fellowship or equivalent educational qualification;
-With additional advanced training beyond the basic Cardiovascular Disease fellowship : Advanced Certification in Heart Failure and Transplant Cardiology (Management of advanced heart failure)-or equivalent Specialist training in Heart Failure and Transplant Cardiology;
- At least 3-5 years of clinical experience (Post-Board Certification) as a Heart Failure/Transplant Cardiology Specialist;
